Ingredients

  • 1 piece Coconut Paleo Bread by Julian Bakery (order on their web site: www.julianbakery.com)
  • 2oz Grated Pecorino-romano cheese (or Parmesan cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

Note

Low-carb Paleo bread can be purchased at Julian Bakery

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F

Step 2

Line 2 baking sheets with nonstick foil or nonstick baking mat

Step 3

Cut 1 loaf (16 slices) of low-carb Paleo bread (coconut) by Julian Bakery into quarters; 4 equal pieces per slice. Add all pieces to large mixing bowl and gently toss with grated cheese and garlic powder

Step 4

Arrange bread pieces in a single layer on baking sheets; spread apart enough so they have at least 1/4 inch in between.

Step 5

Bake on 200 degrees F for 3-4 hours or until bread pieces are completely dried and crispy and lightly browned. They should be crunchy like a cracker or crouton, no longer soft.
